Stone Decks: The Silca System!
As a contractor I am always looking for smart and innovative ways to perform my job. The Silca System uses a 100% Recycled engineered polycarbonate grate. The grates are made in a honey-cone hexagon pattern to create a super-strong subfloor in order to sustain a stone deck.

Enclosed Porch
Here is a enclosed porch I have been working on before the Coronavirus outbreak. After framing the walls in this porch I flashed the roof and installed the windows. Spraying closed cell foam insulation into the wall, ceiling and floor cavities, helps to achieve energy efficiency. This project used low-E vinyl new construction windows, included a garden window, which are low maintenance.
